Just back from Tring Athletic

First friendly today and we were poor. I know it's only a friendly and it was warm. Could be a differcult season without some fresh faces.

Still three weeks to go and clubs further up the pyramid will start releasing trialists and deciding who to send out on loan soon. A couple more new faces will see us ok.

Right winger first half looked very tasty as did Esra up top with Rudd . Midfield we seem to have numerous  options as with the defence , . pressure in all outfield positions and cover . Why don't we have a challenge to Archie's position.....don't understand that at all . Yes , we need to strengthen let's hope we can ??!!

can't disagree with that Graham - competition all through the defence and midfield, but not the keeper. Does seem to be a bit of a blind spot for Ben

ps thought Evans Lamboh had another good game, along with Jamie Rudd and Ollie Hogg

The Tring keeper who came on for the last 10 minutes looked decent and bossed his defence with VOCAL COMMUNICATION .

Pleased to read this, don't see us progressing with Archie, harsh as that might sound. At very least need a back up in case he's injured/suspended/unavailable.
