Having just read that Academy 23 and Slough have ended their relationship, does this affect the friendly on 30th July? As Slough U23s (which is who the game is against) were effectively Academy 23...

We’re playing Academy23 rather than Slough, so the friendly should still go ahead.

Just waiting for confirmation of a possible new venue — probably Beaconsfield — and whether the time and date may change.

We’ll confirm as soon as the new details have been nailed down.

Just to confirm, the game will now take place on Monday 1 August (7.45pm kick-off), and will be held at Holloways Park in Beaconsfield.
