as an aside , and just to show how onerous the grading is, I was told that if Winslow get promoted it will cost c£140,000 to get the ground up to standard!

i'd be surprised if it was that little. Turnstile block and  2/3 metre fencing all round the ground is going to cost a pretty penny, and that's if there aren't any other requirements to be met

Just what I was told. I mean even 30000 is crazy money for a club like that to find. Build a nice four bed house for 140k
