FA Cup Draw
« on: August 27, 2019, 01:03:47 PM »
We will play Walthamstow from the Essex Senior League at home, probably on Sunday 8th Sep, as Chesham have also been drawn at home to our friends from the Southern League, Fleet Town

Although they're a level below this won't be easy.  They knocked out Great Wakering Rovers who are the same level as us (6pts from 3 games) and won both their league games so far.  At least we've avoided someone from our league or from above!

Won't be easy, no, but I've seen worse cup draws! Hopefully a decent crowd on a Sunday too...

They haven’t conceded a competitive goal yet this season and we’ve only conceded one. It’s going to be a tight one!

A few past meetings with them in their previous guides as Leyton Wingate and Leyton Pennant.

I seem to remember Leyton Pennant claiming the scalp of Bob Dowie’s team in the 98/99 Ryman League Cup.

Does anyone know what time kick off is yet or is this decided after all the replays have finished?

....the singing support has been second to none so far this season . The more voices heard I'm convinced helps the team .....come and join us ?

After that performance, there is more buzz from a wasp in a jar. Poor.
