Let Curtis settle in and he’ll be flying by September / October. Must have been nerve wracking for a young lad to go into a Step 4 dressing room where he didn’t really know anyone.

I agree on Rio and Rocko. Antonio is another player with great potential although I understand he’s going to Uni.

Danny Nicholls has joined Risborough as assistant to Mark Eaton for next season along with an ominous claim of "some outstanding additions who have committed to join us for the coming season".

Almost certain they will challenge for the Spartan League again next season; just don't mention the playing budget, they get a bit touchy if you do that! :-X

Looks like it could be a shoot out between the teams managed by the Ex Ducks - Risborough & Leighton.  Both splashing Step 4 money on Step 5 teams.

Does Steve Bateman stepping down at Dynamos suggest they may not be the contenders the rumour mill was hinting they would be? Credit to them if they are choosing to live within their means instead.

I think Stotfold may be dark horses at Step 5 next season. Nice new ground which will help attract players, momentum from last season's success and a well connected manager hint that they may do well (not that I'm a Step 5 expert it has to be said).

Good point about Stotfold... should be an interesting league next season (as it usually is)!

Come on now Andy, I know we have an aging supporter base who may not necessarily have their finger fully on the pulse of today's pop culture, but 'Shotgun' is a 6x platinum selling single! You've got to give people some credit! ;D

If the rate you've left blank is what's rumoured you can't really blame the player. I'm a similar age and I'd take it  ;D

As for the younger players, it's their call ultimately and we have to respect that but my personal opinion is that we offer young players a better development than any other club locally.
