Agreed, it does feel a bit like we've been here before with announcements of grand projects (Sports Disneyland anyone?!) but it seems like there might actually be some more substance this time. And some hope is better than no hope I guess...
Aylesbury United Discussion / a glimmer of hope?

a glimmer of hope maybe?
i certainly won't be getting my hopes up, as it seems to be at a v.v. early stage, and i understand that there are legal  / statutory problems that add a further level of complication.

Hopefully we all will live long enough to see it through to fruition!

Without a doubt. Tamworth are a similar sized club to what we should be once we're back home.

Ty scored 89th minute equaliser as well. Alex joining his ex manager there. Must be worth to travel up there.

I see that Alex (the bollard) Collard has signed for Tamworth and Daniel Ball has signed duel registration with Winslow.
Phenominal pics Mike, phenominal day out. This round of the FA Cup, assuming its away, fast becoming my favourite game of each season.

Very professional performance, never really looked in doubt but with a threadbare squad was never taken for granted. Lovely place and nice friendly club. Mr Durban's face when his G&T was served up was a picture!

Up, down, to the next round ...

Also worth noting the good work Max does in encouraging Aylesbury youngsters to engage in sport.

Agreed Lee, always welcome and I'd give him a clap when he plays against us.

The son of our record appearance holder and goalscorer who has also been a good player for us over recent seasons will always be welcome at our club.
