I think George will be looking at Aston Clinton players , the Collins brothers , Dave Brown , Ashley Clark. I would hope that Ollie Hogg and Ben Seaton have more ambition than Sparten League

I enjoyed today's match ,it showed the pride the team has in its performance. I did like the position Max was playing just behind the front two and his goal was very well struck. The goal by Tre was well taken and showed to me with a good supply he will score lots of goals. One of our weaknesses during the season is finding a consistent supply of accurate passes to our forwards.
I believe by building the club from the youngers of all ages Aylesbury United  can develop a sustainable and successful football club for the community of Aylesbury. So it important to have a ground in Aylesbury.

I could not go to the match today, but from the team Ayles Dynamos put out I sensed this might happen.
We had our full team out on Sat. and they saved their legs by playing a team packed with four  U18 on Sat.
Did we just run out of gas today?
This turn around between games is too short when the weather as it has been.
The team WILL recover for the last home match , pride is at stake.

The match report of Aylesbury Dynamos game v Sutton said they had 4 under 18 starting , Ty Deacon and Bruno  played with Harry Scott and Jordan Jenkins on the bench. They look to me to be saving up for Monday.
Alex K would be very welcome on Monday . Winslow have nothing to play for but have been short of players in recent matches

I was told Ollie Hogg has a season ending injury, Ben could have a had a cracked rib , remember he went off at half time in the last match.
Sean Coles is out for the rest of the season  with an ankle injury.
On another track Kierran Lataille is now with Leverstock Green

A great effort from the team . Looked like Ben was not fit , carrying an injury I suspect, that is why he played a target man after about 30 mins. and Arron moved into midfield.  Collins Takaitei, who played the second half, is a central defender but showed enough to create one good change . His header was kicked off the line.
I thought we had more half chances than Corby who had experienced central defenders to clear up. Ollie Hogg could not have been fit.  Our goal was a good combination and finish by Harry. Overall a performance to be very happy with.

The final will on Sunday 28th April at Peterborough Utd . This is from the FA website

Just seen the post from Northwood who have signed Kierran Lataille. I should have half expect it.
My concern is we only have Archie Davis signed on , as a keeper. I do hope he stays fit to play for the rest of this season. On the day I would expect Greg  Williams would put on the gloves , if Archie had to go off.  I suspect Ben should have a plan to cover for Archie.
Good to see today Jack Sillitoe helping with Archie's warm up,

2 ex AUFC men escaping the swamp. Jordan Fredericks has gone to Leighton Town and Harry Scott has joined Berko.
is it worth having a dedicated thread to ex AUFC players and their whereabouts?
plus the ex Leighton Town player Carl Tappin . So three out , three in

He has been with the Aylesbury FC allied counties team all season and is the top goal scorer. My question is, is the manager signing him to replace higher paid players recently returned and leaving again. ?, They left when the money ran out the end of last season. Jamie needs senior football for his future development , which Ben cannot provide.
