Indeed. I have Vale finishing somewhere between 7th and 11th. Newport Pagnell will bring strength to the division as well.

The council is skint and has been ever since austerity kicked in. If we got a Labour government who went on a leftie style spending spree we might get lucky!
Grants / Private Investment is the best way forward here. The council can help in terms of sending out negative feelers to those expressing an interest in sticking houses on the site.
