Just home and still buzzing after that!  A great first half performance by the lads, depleted by late arrivals, but really took the game to the hosts after a harshly awarded penalty.

The game was a mirror image of Saturday, with Sevenoaks much improved second half, but the 2 goal advantage from the first half this time proved decisive.  Icing on the cake was Manu's last minute goal to seal the win and allow us all to relax a bit!

Book the coach to Haywards Heath!

The winners of tomorrow's replay will play away at Haywards Heath in the next round.

Obviously work to be done first, but a nice away day if it comes off.  COYD!

Well said, agree with every bit of that.  We've only got ourselves to blame for not winning it, first half was the best I have seen us play so far this season, looking a threat every time we attacked.  Credit to the opposition, they pressed higher second half and prevented us playing out from the back as effectively as in the first half, but equal credit to us for sticking at it and getting that deserved equaliser.

Bring on Tuesday and their 3G pitch!   ;)

Good move for him, got to try your luck when a move two levels higher presents itself.
Depressed to see that he is being represented by an agent though - at this level that is ridiculous.

That would make sense.  Also worth noting the teams that have hammered them - Berko,  AFC Dunstable and Thame.  Three teams that many would consider among the strongest in the League.  Not a kinid run for them.

It would be interesting to compare their team from when we played them to the last 3 games.  They weren't whipping boys that night.

I wouldn't worry about Ken taking the penalties.  He despatched one very well at Daventry, yesterday's was in the same area, but I would put that down as a save rather than a miss.  No one is ever 100%.

I can reliably inform that there was a very small contingent from Coleshill, numbering 3 Boardroom guests and no more.  One of those put up the flag!

Walthamstow should be a top half step 4 side this time next year and I suspect had the biggest playing budget of the two teams out there yesterday. They were well supported and Graham was a good, old fashioned non league football supporter! Only criticism I would make is that their number 8 should learn how to win with grace rather than like a k*obhead.

I don't think we will play that poorly again all season.

Looking at the team sheet, that was Being Crilley, ex Chesham.  Might have had something to do with it if he was a bit fired up?

Anthony Ball was there on Saturday, possibly still recovering from his heat stress on BH Monday?

Not sure about Derek, maybe dual registered to help out AVD as they are quite badly affected by injuries.  Mind you, getting sent off half way through the first half wont have helped much!
